Content Designer (Technical Writing)

About the role:

Collaborating with a high-profile organization, we are seeking a skilled Content Designer, Technical Writing (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) to support the change management and learning initiatives as part of the HR Transformation Programme.

 

Responsibilities:

- Analyze solution designs and functional specifications to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly training materials.

- Create and translate variety of training materials, such as user guides, training manuals, quick reference sheets, and e-learning content.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders (SMEs, Change Managers, etc) and revise documentation based on feedback.

- Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on new systems and processes.

 

Requirements:

- Recent experience in technical writing, preferably in software/system implementation projects.

- Brings understanding of instructional design methodologies and training principles.

- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
