Project Manager (ServiceNow HRSD)

About the job

Collaborating with a high-profile enterprise, we are seeking a Project Manager (ServiceNow HRSD) to contribute towards the large-scale HR transformation programme on an Initial 1-Year Contract.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules to enhance our HR service delivery processes, including employee workflow, automation, etc
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs
• Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Train end users on new system functionalities and best practices
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure project milestones are met

 

Requirements:

• University degree educated
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR transformation projects
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules is a Must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Visa sponsorship is be provided
