Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are collaborating with a leading insurance firm seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager, Digital (Initial 1-year contract) to join their expanding Digital Transformation team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital transformation projects (Claims, Agency Portal, Innovate Product) and run scrum teams in an agile environment in a timely manner
• Act as a bridge between different project teams, including product owners, managers and vendors
• Manage project execution by developing and maintaining plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating risks
• Create and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of recent experience from any industry in project management and digital transformation projects
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects while cultivating a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in an agile and startup-driven environment with multiple priorities
