Training Content (Instructional) Designer

About the Job:

Collaborating with a high-profile and reputable enterprise, we are seeking an experienced Training Content Designer on a 6-Months Contract (Extend/Perm) to design and update training materials.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and update training content, including instructional guides, e-learning modules, and performances.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Utilize various multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Translate the relevant documents to cater to needs of diverse audience
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation for training programs.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools, preferably Articulate
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken skills in English and Chinese
• Immediately available or on short notice is preferred
